Open Requests for Proposals

The Colorado Attorney General’s Office was part of a national lawsuit suing pharmaceutical companies over the opioid epidemic and each state was awarded Opioid Settlement Funds to deal with the opioid epidemic. Open RFPs for grants to distribute those funds are listed below. As additional funds become available, new RFPs will be listed here.

RFP No. 2026-01 Prevention and Education Services

RFP closing date: March 13, 2026

The region will utilize this RFP process to grant money for one year of funding to providers for Prevention and Education services as specified in the Colorado Opioids Settlement Memorandum of Understanding, dated August 25, 2021 (“MOU”), as may be amended, attached hereto, related to the Opioid Epidemic.

How to Submit Proposals

To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained by contacting Rose Pugliese, SECOR Coordinator, via the email address listed in the RFP.

No proposals received after the deadline will be considered or accepted.
